The "fusseros" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of fusseros.org or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of one hundred euros (€100) or the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
